Portugalio has serious concerns about privacy and protection of all data stored by its users and provides them with privacy and security on all personal data. Portugalio also only requests and collects necessary data to deliver the service in accordance with the explicit information on the site and user options. Each user has the right to access, rectificate or delete any of his personal data.

We established the following commitments:

In general, Portugalio can be visited without having to disclose any personal information. However, there are areas where users need to provide personal information in order to enjoy the services provided there. To do so, users may choose to register and provide that data such as name, address, phone , email, etc...

The collection of personal data identifying the user will be made by filling out a registration form online and will occur under the more stringent safety rules.

All data collected by the site is stored into the system automatically after being processed.

All Portugalio Team members have an obligation of confidentiality regarding all personal data that they may need to access during services deployment, being duly informed of the importance of compliance with the legal duty of confidentiality and are responsible for fulfilling this obligation of confidentiality.

Portugalio uses third-party advertising services to provide contextual ads on the site. These companies may use information about the visit of a user (not personal data), to show advertising for goods and services that potentially could be interesting to the user.
